Sound familiar

Great work.
Messy feedback.

A staging link in Slack. A screenshot in an email. An approval nobody can find.

Your review process deserves the same care as the work itself.

Point. Comment.
That’s the whole tutorial.

Sign-off

“Looks good”
isn’t a sign-off.

A sign-off is the finish line.
When your client approves a version, that piece of work is done.

Vexorx records who approved it and when, on the exact version. Anything asked for afterwards starts as new work, not another round of the old.

Give your next project a clear finish

Do my clients need a Vexorx account?

No. Each reviewer gets a personal review link. There’s no signup, no password and no dashboard to learn.

How do clients leave feedback?

They open the website from their review link, select the part of the page that needs a change and write what they’d like. The screenshot, page and browser details come with the comment.

Can several people from the client review?

Yes. Invite as many reviewers as you need, each with their own link. For each review you choose the rule: the first approval signs off, or every reviewer must approve. One change request always closes the round.

What if a client goes quiet?

Every deliverable shows how long it has been waiting on the client, and reminder emails go out on a schedule. You can also nudge chosen reviewers yourself, once a day.

What do I need to install?

One script tag on your staging site, once per project. Your clients don’t install anything.

Does Vexorx replace Linear, Trello or Asana?

No. Vexorx handles client review and approval. Send the resulting tasks to Linear, Trello, Asana or Slack, and keep feedback, versions and sign-off together in Vexorx.

Can I track different versions?

Yes. Every comment and decision belongs to a specific version, so each review round stays separate from the last.

What happens after a version is approved?

Vexorx records who approved which version and when. Anything requested afterwards starts a new version, with a clear line between approved work and new requests.

Do I pay for client reviewers?

No. Plans are priced on active projects and team members. Client reviewers and their feedback are unlimited on every plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes 1 active project and 2 team members, with unlimited client reviewers. No card needed.

And every project a clear finish.
